- Understand stress relief vs capacity building (and why you keep sliding back)
- Build a personal Capacity Menu (5-, 15-, and 45-minute options)
- Choose 2 micro-boundaries that protect your energy at work and at home
- Create a 7-day plan to stabilize calm and reduce burnout patterns
