This privacy policy applies to https://megyounglcsw.com. Your privacy is important to me. I do not like unsolicited emails and I’m sure you don’t either. Therefore this privacy policy has been created to help you understand why and how I collect personal information on my website.

These are collected when you elect to sign up for any and all of my free opt-ins by putting your name and email address into the webform. There is an additional email privacy link connected to Aweber, which is the platform from which I send the emails you opt-in for on that signup form. This information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the information you signed up for. You will not be put on an email list or receive any additional emails from me.

These are collected when you fill out the “contact me” webform on my website. When you contact me via my website, your information and message goes to my email, through Fastmail, which uses encryption to enhance security of emails being sent and received. This information will be collected solely to send the email and will not be stored on this website.

If you are a client of mine and wish you sign up for the client portal which gives you access to securely communicate with me through my electronic health record, IntakeQ, your name, email, and phone number will be collected solely for this purpose and will not be stored on this website.
Outside links:
You can make a payment on my website, which takes you to Paypal to complete the transaction. In Paypal, you will put in personal information including your name, zip code, and credit card information to make the payment. You can see their privacy statement on their website.
You can make an appointment on my website by clicking the button that takes you to my electronic health record, IntakeQ. IntakeQ has a privacy statement on their website as well that you can view.
There are several other outside links that go to websites that can provide you with additional resources and support. I have not checked for their privacy statements and not responsible for any personal information gathered on their website. I strongly encourage you to look at their privacy statements prior to providing any personally identifiable information.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps which helps me see how users are interacting with my page, allowing me to give you the best user experience I can.
